I ordered the small for my grandson last season, at the time he was wearing a 4/5 and it was a little long in the arms/legs

Costume does not come with a wig.

I bought the XS for my 4 yr old last year and it was tight. But he is larger than average kid his age. So I’d say that the XS fits size 4/5 year old. To me the sizes follow standard boy sizing.
