These are great replacements for the original straps. I don't like to put my straps in the dryer when I wash them, so I like having multiples so one is always clean.

I know these are meant for the Dreamwear, but I really like the design and how big the back strap was, so I wanted to see if it would work with my n30i as the design iin the picture was similar. Sure enough, it was a decent fit. Not perfect, but good enough. I really like how the back strap provides a bit more coverage on the back of the head than the standard n30i strap.

When I call for DreamWear replacement items, they want to sell me a whole new DreamWear mask. They want to sell me a new mask every 3 months. The strap is the first thing to go bad. It stretches out and gets dirty and starts sliding around on your head. This replacement headgear is a little stiffer and holds it shape better than the original. Also, the material has a little more grip than the original. They will probably last about the same amount of time. This is a worthy replacement for the original, and I would buy these again. This headgear allows you to get more life out of your mask, and save money by not replacing the whole mask assembly.

Have used cpap for 11 years. Needed new head straps but couldn't find my usual. Tried these. They slide up my head and I spend the night adjusting it

So far, so good. We'll see how they hold up with usage. I've been using a CPAP for about 6 years so I know how these should age. I've only been using this for about a week but so far, it hasn't stretched, started to come apart, or given any other indication it is not a quality item. We'll see how it holds up over time. If it degrades faster (or slower!) than the brand name ones, I will come back and update my review. But so far, this seems like a very good cost alternative if your insurance doesn't cover your CPAP supplies.

These replacement straps seem well constructed; too bad they're WAY too big for my DreamWear Nasal Mask. A quick look at the photo tells the story. My old, original strap is on the bottom and the replacement is on the top. Not the difference in size. Even when I overlapped the straps the new headgear was still too big. I ended up ordering replacements from the manufacturer.

I had high hopes that this would be more comfortable since the strap has a little flexibility to it. The elastic part fit flush to my head but the overall strap sat a little uneven against my head and was a little loose. Tightening the strap more was not an option as I already felt like the nosepiece to my mask was smushed against my face. The biggest issue I had with the strap is that it didn’t stay in place overnight causing the mask to leak air and wake me up.
