This is the first laser that I have found that actually lives up to the it's description. This thing is super bright and has a tremendous range. What I appreciate most on top of these facts is that it won't start a fire the instant I point it toward grass or wood.When I use this beam at night to point out a star in the night sky, the beam literally looks like it is actually touching the star or object that I am pointing at. The beam is easy to see and follow viewing from multiple angles too. I would definitely recommend this for people who do astronomy outreach.I must follow this glowing praise by reminding potential buyers to not point this at aircraft or at people. I wouldn't use this as a toy for your pet either. This thing is really bright and might put an eye out it if you do not handle it responsibly.

I agree with the other reviews that a brief instruction manual needs to be included. I was about to send it back then I decided to work with the item further learning the following: the battery needs to inserted in reverse how most batteries are inserted,, the end of the filter rotates so pressure needs to be applied to screw it in to secure and remove it, and last but most importantly, the end of the laser needs to be tightened to focus the light beam. In time I will know ow durable the laser is, but it is well constructed so should hold up well.

I love this laser pointer. I use it for my boxer who loves to chase the laser more than anything else in the world. It is very sturdy. I accidentally dropped it a couple and it still works compared to others I’ve had that were one and doneHi hi recommend this laser pointer

If your looking for your 1st time laser this is a great value and teaches you the basics. Yes there are much stringer and brighter ones but for a 1st time user highly recommend

I have bought (4) of these and (3) of those have failed after only 1 month of use. The little piece that make the beam small breaks loose and the beam either becomes very large dot or it doesn't show at all as the piece is in the way of the light source.These things are junk. I do not recommend. With only 1 month for being able to return the item, I am now finding myself have to throw them away.

Product is really bright. Laser does shoot really far. I don’t like how the further it goes out the bigger the dot gets.
