Works but kinda wore off around halfway through the day. About week in the feeling kinda softened and were not as pronounced. Cycle it for sure.

I've tried a few different brands of Fadogia Agrestis and none have been this potent. I'm reviewing this from a male standpoint. The serving size is two capsules. I started with one and one will work fine. However, if you're having some issues in the male area, take both. You'll wake up every morning with wood of STEEL. I take this on an empty stomach and it doesn't bother me a bit. I'm kind of sensitive to vitamins making me nauseated if I don't eat, but this one is good to go.Bebefen Fadogia is priced fantastically right and it's the real deal. Works great for giving you energy and focus. It definitely boosts your Testosterone, no doubt. Buy it, you won't regret it.

I take one capsule in the AM and one in the PM. My squats reps and weight has went up and my shoulder and bench workouts. On seated shoulder press I went from 185lbs 10reps to 225lbs 5 reps in a month.My diet has not changed to much in the past 15 years so the Fad Agrestis makes the difference.Be sure to continue drinking plenty of water.

I took these for a while but, to be honest, I'm not really sure I felt any difference/results. They weren't too bad on my stomach, so that was plus. The price is right too. But for me, I just don't feel like there was much, if any difference to before I started taking these.

This stuff is strong I only took half of whats in the capsule and thats about 1,120ml and can tell a big difference , have good energy but I dont think I am going any more than that because of the strength.

The media could not be loaded. I really like this product, I take right before all my workouts and it gives me what I need to push through long training.

I like the high potency in these capsules and they do make a bit of a difference in my workout, but not so much that I'd say they're a must have. If you're trying to avoid caffeine but want more energy in the gym or want that little extra boost to your workout results these may be a good option for you. That being said the energy they provide is not strong enough that you'll notice it to day-to-day life, despite being a daily supplement. If you're looking for a quick burst of energy you're better off looking elsewhere, but if you're looking to improve your performance in the gym these may be for you!

So I took this for 2 straight months hoping that it would help me build muscle, in addition to daily workouts. Well, after 60 days I measured myself chest and I, unfortunately, didn't build any muscle. So if this stuff is supposed to help with that, in this case, it did not. Can't give it a positive review because I didn't experience any appreciable difference
