Great value
I bought this for my husband's workout area in the home for his resistance bands. These were great, the price point was good and the quality and the sturdiness of the metal was great. Instillation was easy and it was esthetically pleasing in the room it wasn't big and bulky. I also separately bought a band holder to go next to it, looks great and very functional!

Really great for ceiling-mounted exercise straps & bands
These anchors are perfect for suspension training systems, resistance, bands, and the like. The too-expensive anchor made by the suspension system I use is huge and hard to install, so I wanted something smaller and simpler. These are perfect. As the product image shows, they come with drywall anchors. I would strongly suggest you NOT use these! Make every effort to attach these into wooden joists with at least two beefy screws each....your safety depends on it. If you absolutely have to put one of them in drywall only, go buy a much-higher capacity wall anchor. (To me, it's just not worth the risk. The nature of the exercise work you do with resistance bands and suspension straps puts enormous strain on the attachment, and drywall just isn't meant to take that kind of pressure.)They seem well-made and sturdy, so the anchor construction suggests they'll last a long time. The little curl design makes it easy to attach/detach your straps quickly. Highly recommended...IF secured into wood!

It worked for me!
I used wood screws and mounted one on a 3" X 3" post to use for a band workout in my home gym. Worked like a charm. I like the loop-de-loop.

These are the wall attachments you need
What I like about these is the spiral hook mechanism. It makes it much easier to attach resistance bands or pull straps. Just make sure you attach them to wall studs and not use drywall anchors unless you want to repair your wall. I'm very happy with these and I'm sure you will be as well.

Exercise band hooks
Well made, heavy metal hooks for exercise bands. It comes with screws but I wouldn’t use plastic anchors if you’re using for pulling exercises, make sure you anchor into wood with the screws. Comes with two hooks. I’m using these to replace eye hooks I was using. Will hold bands no problem and be easier to switch bands between the hooks for me.

No instructions included, but easy enough to figure out
This is a solid anchor. There were no installation instructions included, so I was not exactly sure what orientation it was supposed to be installed, but after taking a guess it was easy to install with the provided hardware. Seems strong and durable. Looks nicer than other similar options that you would find at the hardware store. Only needed one so having to buy in a pack of 2 is a bit wasteful, and would prefer the option to buy as singles.

Professional look for a home gym
Cleaner and so much safer than eye bolts with carabiners. However, we threw away the included mounting screws and anchors. These are way too short for anything remotely close to a real training pull. I ran 2 inch construction screws into the chosen studs while dropping a 3.5 angled in from one of the side holes for a much stronger hold to the wall. And it does not take that much to rip a chunk out of a drywall if you do not use a stud. I still have to patch that hole, actually.Other than the not mentioned in the instructions mounting issues, the hooks themselves are quite well made. Almost felt bad using construction screws rather than some nice looking lag bolts. Finish has a nice 2tone hammered look and texture with a standard appearing weld line. Base is somewhat a thinner material, but should be able to hold almost a grown man's weight without deformation. I could not get the hook to deform while using properly.Good Get!

As long as you hit a stud, great choice!!
I would recommend finding a stud in the wall to mount these to. I haven't had any mishaps or anything, but I an weary of drywall anchors holding resistance bands!! I personally mounted them into a stud and they have been a great way to squeeze in some exercises in my room with no gym or anything!!
