Hidden Charges(I have been charged 100£ ,extra !!!) and bad quality of this machine !!! :(
I already have done 2 complains about the fact that you have charged 229.00 £ instead of 129.00 £ on 03-rd September 2018 and I want my money back ( the 100.00 £ , I mean ) , then...I just connected the machine and.. in few minutes has stopped... I made the complain and their first suggestion was t go to somebody to fix the machine,but...here we are in England....Better buy a new one than to repair it... More over, I need that machine urgent because I have booked patients in my clinic and... I AM LOOSING MONEY... Who's giving the money I am loosing ? I hope that I shall get another machine soon and I wanna see in my bank account the 100 £ you have charged in plus. I Thank you , hopping you will resolve my issues with you. Dr. V. U./UK
