So we got two of these toothbrushes for Christmas presents, and while my daughter’s has worked continuously since, my son’s has had issues not turning on (even though it appears charged)…so I emailed the company and was quickly reassured that their product has a one year warranty, and within a few days, I received a new toothbrush! Hopefully this one doesn’t have the issues…we purchased this particular brand because of the high ratings/good reviews…fingers crossed but either way, we are still satisfied.

I used to use a regular toothbrush before this, and wanted to clean my teeth better so I got thisss. It has different modes and my teeth feel clean afterwards. I would say this is worth it, abd it also comes with so many tops to change it as well. It’s also so cute in pink 🤞

This is the third one of these toothbrushes I’ve bought for my family. I love them! They work great and I love all the settings and that it hesitates for a second after each 30 seconds so you know how long you’ve been brushing. Overall this is a great product and an awesome value!

As a dental hygienist of over 20 years, I can say this tooth brush does a great job. There is no need to buy one for $50-150. This one cleans nicely and gently. The bristles are very soft. The charge holds for months!!!!! You get so many replacement heads. Great brush!

We used our brush until the battery ran out (which put us past the return date) and now it won't charge. The light comes on like it's charging, but it doesn't matter if we leave it for days on end, it won't turn on for even a second. So, paying $20+ for one electric toothbrush and extra useless heads is not okay. Also, fyi, you need your own usb adapter with a dc end on it for charging and this only comes with a usb cord, not an ac adapter.

Ordered the toothbrush andnit worked well but after 1 month something happened and it wouldn't hold a charge. I contacted the seller and they sent me a new toothbrush and I received it in 4 days! Hopefully this one isn't faulty. The product is good and the customer service is even better! Thank you!!

My daughter was so disappointed this toothbrush stopped working after only 2 months. Shows fully charged, but no longer vibrates.UPDATE: The seller reached out to offer a full refund or product replacement. Since I had already invested in another toothbrush, I gladly accepted the refund. For this reason, I'm upgrading the review from a 1-star to 3-star. Would purchase from this seller again in the future due to this type of customer service.
