The reason why I'm giving this neck massager a lower score is because it is made for skinny people or thinner people. I am plus size and the massager is too thin to fit my neck in so I have to hold it on one side and let it massage and then hold it on the other side just to get both sides of my neck done. Now let me tell you the great things about it. It doesn't hurt like the regular ball neck massagers do. Because of the gel around the massager tips, it literally does feel like you're being massaged by hands. I love that you can control how fast or slow it goes. You can also control the type of massage that it's doing. It also has a heat feature but unfortunately because I can't get it on my neck I never can feel the heat feature even when it's on. So maybe you guys should consider making this product to fit all body types and not just the body type that you show in the picture. Because this is a great product.

Unfortunately my neck is too big to make full use of this massager. While it does work well, it is difficult to truly get a good fit in order to fully benefit.

I couldn't get this shoulder massager to turn on at first. then I realized i needed to press and hold the power button for 3 full seconds- much longer than expected! Once I did that, it powered up smoothly. the robotic massage heads perfectly mimic a real massage. They pivot and flex to really dig into tight muscles. It's wireless too, so I can move around while getting a great massage. The massage heads automatically adjust pressure for the perfect massage every time. My shoulders have never felt so relaxed! Highly recommend this massager for outstanding neck and shoulder relief. It's like getting a professional massage anytime.

I don't know how I've lived without this. It is so well made and the uses are endless. Can't go wrong with this product.

Great product. Really like the arms free ability that I can walk around with it on and use my hands and arms. However the battery life leaves a lot to be desired. It dies after just 30 minutes.
