The quality is good but i've ordered the item twice and in both cases it comes without fittings and it was impossible to install it on the bike. I had to ask refund for it.

Well-Made, Solid, Easy to Fit
Very solid and well made, though quite weighty as a result! It looks great.Came with all the required parts to assemble and install, my bike has built-in lugs on the front spokes and the provided bolts fit those.
