So this helmet is really cool and a crowd pleaser.However the first one I received wasn’t fully functional using verbal commands. It was loose fitting. The Velcro that holds the interior padding kept peeling off. The box arrived slightly damaged by the carrier. The remote was a rectangular box.The company was great in replies and offered another helmet. The replacement seemed to be a newer better version. Everything was slightly different. The remote was a different and a cooler more compact design. Voice commands had different words to say for actions. It fit a bit more snug so it was easier to wear. Padding stays put. Overall satisfying.

The media could not be loaded.  If you're considering purchasing a replica Iron Man helmet, I would recommend looking no further. Christmas Gift for our son. Didn’t work right out of the box. This was the one gift he was begging for many months ago. He was devastated. I was troubleshooting for about an hour and concluded it was expensive garbage. Here is the strangest thing. Most electronics you purchase doesn’t have a document stating that “all the products they send out are brand new products and they check them before they get shipped.” This was a red flag when I saw this. If you are confident in the product there’s no need to put this in with the product. This was clearly an indication that the products has major issues with it. My guess is like most electronics, this product I was purchased from China in Bulk. The helmet was probably bought for 1/3 the price they are selling it on Amazon. They are selling it on Amazon (knowing full well) the Helmet is not high quality. I returned the Helmet two days after Christmas. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS HELMET OR VENDOR.

Great helmet for a collector. The buttons work: the helmet opens/closes in two different ways, makes some sounds, and the eyes turn from white to red. Honestly, the voice command functionality leaves a lot to be desired, also the audio output quality is a low, especially given the price point. Overall, it's meh. My 8 yo poked at if for a few days after christmas, but I probably should have bought something else. In the end, more of a "collector's item", not so much a "toy".

this is a better than average recreation of the iron man helmet, and the functionality is pretty impressive. the voice commands/recognition is hit or miss, but that it is wearable and works is pretty cool. now here's a hack for you i strongly recommend - order yourself these -> https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BTWT73LH, and then disassemble the ear/back panel hinge assembly, because i can GUARANTEE no matter how careful you are, the original is going to break after a few cycles of putting the helmet on and taking it off. enter these little self-adhesive hinges that blend in fairly well and serve perfectly to fix that one weak spot.

I went to comic con and people loved it.

The look is great, the fit is not. It needs more padding to make it stable on your head. This is my second one I ordered and has the same problem with voice recognition. It just doesn't work. Also the rear hinge that you have to open to get it on your head is held on by the smallest piece of plastic and it broke the second time I tried to open the rear panel. K see photo) I would like to get a replacement but am not sure who to contact.
