I use this twice a week to keep my pores clean and my skin tones even. I use it after cleansing by rubbing it in a circular motion for about a minute and then really nae thoroughly. I then apply my usual serums and moisturizer.I only use it on my face, even though it can also be a body scrub.EXPIRATION DATE: UPON OPENING!I always check for an expiration date before using, ESPECIALLY with health & beauty products. This product does not have one, which means the expiration is between 12-18 months UPON OPENING.This Scrub is exactly as advertised, and works well. It is a bit pricey, which is a huge factor when I choose products, but for a professional brand product that gives results, I realize I will have to pay a higher price.

I've been looking to up my face scrub game a bit, so I ordered this face scrub. The exfoliant grit size is quite small and feels a bit like small sand granules. It sluffs off and smooths out the skin as well. For those that are sensitive to peppermint, this does have it though I couldn't find it anywhere on the listing. My skin is very sensitive to peppermint and menthol products and I usually avoid them as much as I can, but this face wash wasn't too bad on my skin. I definitely felt the tingling which they said could happen from the glycolic acid but for me, it could be the peppermint. If you don't have a sensitivity to that, I think this is a good product and I'm going to continue to use it once in a while as I do feel refreshed after I use it.

Most face scrubs have particles so big that they either do nothing or scratch your face. This product dispenses like a paste and has such fine exfoliating particles that you get such an incredible polish, you’re left with ridiculously smooth & soft skin- without irritation.I like an intense scrub so wash my face and then pat it dry. I used a pea sized amount for my cheeks, and the same size for my forehead area & nose. Even doing this, it was not harsh at all.If this is out of your budget, there may be alternatives that are. I’ve never had a scrub like this so I think it’s pretty innovative.

ALPHA-H offers some of the best higher end skincare routine products that I enjoy using. I have found everything from ALPHA-H to be exceptional quality. This Micro Super Scrub is wonderful. I really like the exfoliating properties. This scrub leaves my skin feeling very rejuvenated and ready to take on the rest of my skincare routine. The way this scrub leave my skin feeling is one of life's small joys. That fresh and clean slate feeling is what this product offers and I would absolutely recommend it.

This scrub has very tiny exfoliating beads in it which almost felt like sandpaper on my sensitive face. If you have any active acne, it also may sting a bit when scrubbing around there. Other than that, it did serve its purpose very well.

I have sensitive skin, so I don't use physical exfoliants on my face, but I love to use them on my hands and body. This is especially useful during the colder weather- my skin has been dry and rough. I used this in the shower, and the grains aren't overly harsh, so I didn't have any irritation. My skin ended up very smooth, and my moisturizer even seemed to sink in better. Also, a little goes a long way, which is good considering the price point!

Used sparingly every few days, my 50+ year old skin is feeling smoother and the overall color/tone seems to be evened out some, too. This is a high-quality product, with a very faint scent, rich lotion based scrub with ultra-fine micro particles to slough off tired surfaces to expose the new stuff. In doing so, there is a slight warming and tingling the longer the scrub is on the skin. The instructions warn of this, so it wasn't unexpected. Beware to keep this away from your eyes, as it does sting and cause irritation if it accidently gets in. While priced higher than most scrubs, I believe you are getting a premium product with this ALPHA-H brand, and my skin agrees. Seeing softer, more evenly toned skin, especially at my age, is worth the price.

This is a super-fine granular scrub. It is really nice and feels great on the skin. It is not irritating. It has almost a minty scent to it, but not a strong one and no menthol feeling to it. It rinses off clean. I did not get any irritation or redness, but it has glycolic acid in it which might irritate some people's skin so always do a patch test first. I think this is a really high quality product and would recommend.
