Dayan V5 Zhanchi 5th Generation 3x3x3 Speed puzzle magic Cube 6 Colors

So this cube is a knock off of the Dayan Zhanchi, however it is half as cheap. It comes in with very loose tensions an your average factory lube. It may or may not come in with a logo on the white side, I got one on my black version but none on my whites. This cube preforms just as well as any Zhachi would. However at first the turning can be a little rugged but breaking in the cube and or sanding down excess flash will solve that problem. Center caps, they do pop like crazy especially during 45 degree corner cuts. To solve this issue simply cut out 3*3 blocks of graph paper and place them under the caps. DO NOT SUPER GLUE THE CAPS DOWN!!! And since the standard springs that come in with this cube ARE in fact a little stiff, if you feel like pitching in the money (which kind of defeats the purpose of a cheaper cube) you can buy Dayan hardware at Speedcubeshop.com they cost around $2. Still this alternative is cheaper than buying a Dayan Zhanchi which costs $15 depending on where you buy it. So by fixing up a few simple issues this cube can preform just as well as a Dayan Zhanchi and cost much less, it is just up to you if you are the type of person who would buy knock offs.

I've got busy hands and was recently introduced to rubix cubes. I'm by no means a professional or trying to solve the puzzle in record time, I just like having something to focus on while I'm relaxing or want to zone out. The first cube I got as a stocking stuffer for Christmas was very cheaply made and hard to move. After little use it fell completely apart. This cube is smooth but sturdy and so far the stickers are holding up fine. The colors are nice too.

Love the cube, was surprised to see amazon had such selection. Can never go wrong with the zanchi v5. Would recommend to anyone that thinks they can keep up with the speed. Cuts corners better than anything I've had in the past. Good to go out of the box, no lube or tension needed. People complain about pieces popping and locks, well you should probably learn to cube on something slower then in that case (or your grandson) lol. How can anyone beat prime? All good cubing stores take weeks to get a package, and with prime any other place is unbeatable unless you want a not so popular manufactured puzzle. Will definitely be back to amazon for more puzzles.

kids love them most (they have multiple cubes...). very high quality, has adjustments, and very smooth as well. have them for more than 2 years I believe. no issues!

Fun cube

Turns well, decent colors, doesn't feel very sturdy but it did survive an accidental fall. I could press back the almost separated pieces. Not my best cube.

I did hit it with some lubix but I didn't feel the need to mess with the tension. Regardless this is a very nice cube. I am new to the cubing world, but I have had very good results with DaYan products.

With slippery smooth turns and an amazing TPM rate this product blows away everything else! Right out of the box I disassembled the cube, but ran out of a lube so used oil instead, which works great. Been over 3 months with no sign of peeling stickers!!!! GREAT CUBE!!!!
