Navy Scotland Map Names by Urban Pirate Independent Scottish t-shirts, inspired by Scottish culture old and new. Map of Scotland depicting towns and cities 100% cotton Inspired by the place names of Scotland. Scotland has a rich history and many of its cities, towns, boroughs, villages and hamlets are named after that heritage. The names are geographically placed. (Apologies if your not included, they tried to get as many interesting and unheard of places as they could.) Who are Urban Pirate? Urban Pirate was born in Glasgow in 2010, the proud conception of artist and designer David Dow. They are a small (but perfectly formed) independent crew, who specialise in uniquely designed printed textiles of the highest quality. OBSESSED with Scottish culture old and new, their style is a brew of street culture and Scottish history. They continue to be influenced by the AWESOME imagery and landscape that surrounds them. The result, a range of clothing and textiles that proudly shouts about the quality of homegrown design. Their tees are hand screen printed by traditional methods. Despite the Pirate himself having size 13 feet, they strive to keep their carbon footprint as wee as possible. Everything they print is made locally in Glasgow or in the UK. They recycle packaging where they can and try their best to rid the world of the dreaded carrier bag.
