Nice fingerprint lock. Easy to install. Very easy to unlock using your fingerprint.

The media could not be loaded. Pretty decent unit. The fingerprint reader takes a light touch--don't mash it. Other than that, so far, so good.

Looks cool but this is second one now and neither worked. It won’t relock, it won’t let me add passcodes it won’t let me reset. It just doesn’t work with any of the provided instructions. Yes, it has fresh batteries.

Got the lock handle installed, only to discover that it unlocks, but when trying to lock it, the motor runs and nothing happens. We have tried a bunch of troubleshooting with no success.

I admit that this took me a while to install. I was intimidated by matching up the locking pin to the correct place. I got it installed and honestly, it wasn't hard once I test fit everything. It works to keep my medications locked up so if maintenance comes in, I no longer worry about things being out in the open or in an unlocked drawer.Drawbacks: It runs on regular batteries. A conversion to a rechargeable battery would be a great improvement. There is the safety if being able to use a USB cable to open it if the batteries die but that proves it could just be a rechargeable battery.I suspect it would prevent easy access for those using it to lock up a weapon if the battery died and they suddenly believed they needed access and were unable to do so without getting a able attached.

I got this so that I can quickly access my handgun that I keep in my nightstand drawer. I lock up my handguns in a gun safe with the exception of one handgun that I keep in my nightstand next to by bed for home security. This allows me quick access yet I still have my weapon locked in a drawer. Prior to this biometric handle I was using a trigger lock but I didn't like that option due to the time it took to unlock. Having this biometric handle is fast and easy to open the drawer. It took a little engineering to mount this but that is only because of the design of the drawer and where I needed to place the handle in order to make it work with this particular installation and not because of the handle.
