UNRELIABLE!!!
Had this controller for a few months and has gone off-line and access to my front door dead bolt has been a disaster.Have been on the phone with VERA customer service numerous times. They have been helpful but have not been able to solve the problems. Have ask VERA to send a new controller but have been unsuccessful. STAY AWAY from this controller!
