This is an updated review after bad experience with product. Bought two unfortunately, the first failed after 10 uses in 7 months - the canvass ripped - but wasn't replaced as company policy is it has to fail within 6 months - even though by definition this item is unlikely to get heavy use in its first 6 months! Had already purchased a second one so took it on holiday for its first use and the frame failed on first night ie first use! So sorry if my first review encouraged anyone to buy this rubbish product. I am not going to bother getting second failed bed replaced under guarantee because I have no faith in the product. I made a mistake and will purchase a bed where the legs go into the canvass, lying lower to the ground, which my brother has used for years with no problems. Bad mistake made here and a waste of money but I have learned my lesson - don't waste your money.

This is a great bed. I am 6' 2" and weigh around 17 stone and this fits and takes my weight fine. It's lightweight and easy to assemble although you do need to apply a little pressure when putting the last cross beam into place - that's because of the way it is designed and once up it it solid and comfortable. I spent a week camping on this and it was a real boon. It didn't show any sign of not taking my weight and I was comfortable all week. Beats an air bed every time for me!If you sit on the bed I would say make sure you sit over the legs and the frame is aluminium and will bend if you apply too much weight in the middle of the bars. That's not a big issue but just a warning.

Light weight and a strong canvas is all I can say about it.I was pleased with it for two nights but the following morning as i was getting off the bed the whole thing bent. The frame and legs just bent from under me and I ended up on the floor. Luckily I hadn't thrown my older one so I switched the canvas over as that was all that was wrong with the old one. I'm lucky enough not to have injured myself on the sharp aluminium. Hope this helps.

This is a great bed and has transformed a 10 day camp. It folds up beautifully and easily. The only thing I'd point out is that the canvas is very tight to begin with so you'll really need to pull it hard to get the second end bar on. I did this and left it up for a week in a spare room and it was much easier when I needed to put it up at camp.

A little awkward to put up due to the tension in the fabric and then they seem a bit wobbly. But for all that they're good for the odd BBQ or crashing at mates. Has had to contend with drunk 18+ stone and didn't crumple! Always a bonus!

This product does not live up to it's claims the first time it was used it collapsed on me.It's cheap light aluminum frame is really not heavy duty.

Ok, so I'm not the smallest of chaps but still within the limits as detailed for the bed - went to lay down and a leg buckled under me causing muscle spasm in back not at all happy with product and threw it in campsite dustbin in disgust. Luckily had foresight to bring trust old self inflating mat. IMHO, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IT'S RUBBISH. If it was possible to give negative score it would get -5/5 from me!!!

Great for the price but could be wider. Bought for my partner while camping with our son. He's a big guy, over 6ft and for the length of it his feet dangle of the end. He sleeps on his front and can't sleep any other way so for him it could have been wider as the metal sides hurt his leg (yes he sleeps in a weird on your belly with one leg up position 🙄) if you stay lying on your back all night I'd say this was good.Either way good for the price he's 19st and it holds him.Fast delivery within four days which is good if coming from abroad b

Great Canpbed BUT very hard to get the ends on.

I'm 17 1/5 stone a stone and I was fine on this for 5 nights at Glasto. Others have said it was difficult to put up and struggled to stretch material.

Not used them yet but did put them up. Very difficult to get the bottom bit joined but the seem very sturdy.

This bed appeared to flimsy for a big guy like me (108kg) and I was apprehensive about using it. But it held up well and was quite comfortable with a thermarest mattress on top.

Great best sleep in last time off the grass
