Use video on Amazon product description to program - needs an existing remote
Works great but can only be programmed with an existing remote by using the button sequence in the video on the Amazon product images. Worked well after programming this way; did not work programming it using the Martin official programming videos/instructions.

Haven’t been able to pair with original and may have to return. Left on vacation so it still at home in the box.

I don’t have an existing remote to duplicate. What now?
I don’t have any existing remote to duplicate using this new one. How do I get this new one to send out a signal so my garage lifter head can learn it? When I press either button on the remote it just flashes the LED twice. It doesn’t appear to be sending a signal. I don’t want to erase the factory code using the instructions in the box because I DON’T HAVE AN EXISTING REMOTE to copy the signal from.

Quality Issues
This is a two button remote designed to operate two separate openers with one remote. We recently purchased a home with a Marantec opener but only received one remote. I purchased this remote so that both my wife and I could each have a remote for our cars. The upper button on the new remote would not accept programming but the lower button would. So I have a remote that opens my only door with the secondary door button. The primary button does not work at all. I will live with it since I don't need both to work. It is still a bit dissappointing.
