I enjoy the astringency and the sharp flavor of this tea- it is lightly earthy and lightly aromatic. Vague citrus flavor and beautiful russet color. I cut the bag open to show the brewed leaves but the bags are each individually wrapped and perfect for a bracing tea to start the day- without having to deal with a strainer-teapot mess.
