I really wanted to like this. The concept is really cool, being able to swap out the design on a single badge reel instead of having to have multiple badge reels with fixed designs. However, this didn't work for me and I wound up returning it.Yes, product dimensions are shown and all, but none of them really gave me an idea of how heavy and bulky this reel turned out to be. It also had issues with weight distribution and was lopsided no matter how I tried to use it. It was clunky, which was a problem when moving around and sitting at my workstation.I wanted to use it on a lanyard, but none of my lanyards worked. Either they had clips that didn't work with the belt clip style I chose or the badge reel would hang wrong on the rings. A lot of this had to do with the weight distribution. The weight of the magnet plus the weight of the design button made it front-heavy, which caused it to hang forward. Since it came with a belt clip on the back, it wouldn't sit flush and rolled to one side or the other, rolling my badge with it.Clipped to my shirt pocket, this was just too front heavy and pulled the pocket forward so it gaped open. It also kept lolling to one side and pulling my shirt into my armpit unless I buttoned my shirt to the neck. That was more of a mild annoyance, but if the point of this was to have cool designs, I'd rather the designs be shown to other people, not just my armpit.I suspect the only way this reel would have worked is if I clipped it to my belt or pants pockets. The problem with that is my office's policy requires badges to be displayed above the waist, so I couldn't even use it this way.I also had issues others had with the button designs rolling around, but that's less an issue than the weight and bulk.As all the reel styles had some kind of clip on the back, none would sit flush and upright with a lanyard. A top loop would have solved these issues, balancing out the weight distribution. In fact, if this badge reel were re-designed so there was a top loop option and the weight and thickness were decreased, I'd be happy to buy it.

Love these buttons! I have gotten a lot of compliments on my anatomical heart. It is awesome that I can trade them out whenever my mood changes. The magnet is strong enough that I don't have to worry the button will fall off unexpectedly

These appear exactly as described. It came with the badge reel and 4 magnetic pieces. Each magnetic piece looks like the images. They stick on easily, but do not fall off, unless intentionally pulled off. The badge reel is large enough to hold all your badges. I probably have about 10 parts to mine. All held in the clip and not too heavy for the badge reel. The alligator clip could be a little longer, but not a deal breaker. It stays in place.

This product has worked well. No issues. "Tinker top" has not popped off reel once after using it now daily for a month or so. I incorrectly assumed each of the four "tinker tops" had it's own retractable reel. Set comes with one retractable reel and four tops. That was my only surprise but I had not paid enough attention while I was ordering.

I love the concept. The magnet could be a little stronger.

Initially, both my and my friend's orders were fulfilled with the wrong item (rubber duckies that squirt water--cute bath toy, but I'm about 30 years too old for them). My friend contacted the seller and they immediately replaced BOTH of our orders, with expedited shipping, at no cost to us. I didn't even see the incorrect item before the whole situation was resolved! The actual product is good, too--exactly what is advertised, good quality of construction, well designed--but the real take-away here is that this merchant obviously cares a great deal about customer satisfaction.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I only wanted the one picture for my pin (All scrubs should just have a breast pocket or at least an I.D loop!). This was one of the only pin badge holders I could find. The magnet/change out is a cute idea but not really realistic for most healthcare workers. I glued down the image I picked. If the pin holds up I will order another and use a picture of my own.

This is one badge reel with interchangeable covers. The problem is that they attach magnetically, so they will fall off if brushed against. I have to check throughout my work days to make sure I don't lose it.Would've been better if they clipped into the reel.
