This was my first time using a UV resin and I really like it. It has a super glossy finish and takes very little time to cure under a lamp. I used it mostly as a gloss coat for some of my finished projects but I tested it in a small mold as well. I also used it with resin pigment ink. I had no issues with bubbles or residues. And it stays perfectly clear. Really a cool product. I also found that it works well as an adhesive for resin projects that need assembly or repair. I will be keeping some of this stuff handy at all times.

I really like this new High Gloss UV Resin. It is thicker than the JDiction Low Viscosity UV Resin so it does not roll of of my glitter pens.It is nice and thick and gives you a really nice high gloss finish.I will definately be ordering more of this product.

I bought a 54 watt resin lamp thinking that mine was just not strong enough, but even after curing for 12 minutes, the product remains tacky to the touch. I’ve even tried wiping the surface with isopropyl alcohol, but that dulls the surface. I have tried it on multiple occasions. I so wanted to love this product, but just can’t get it to work for me. It’s ruined quite a few batches of my artwork and I can’t even return it at this point.

I didn't realize how thick this new high gloss version is. I had under uv light for 3 hours and ended up putting them outside to dry. Most dried now except a few pieces..this uv resin is not for me. Takes way too long to dry.

I love JDICTION's High Gloss UV resin. I've posted pictures of some earrings I've made. They turned out great. I've used other uv resin & had to throw my projects away. I love using dandelion fluff & they look good in these earrings. I was even able to make some small sphere earrings.

First of all, let me say that I've been using JDiction's "hard type" UV Resin exclusively for over a year. It's my go-to resin for my projects (mainly keychains) So I was interested in trying this other version of their resin.The good: The resin was well sealed in it's bottle and packaging and I liked that it came with a very clear instruction booklet that not only tells about the product and how to use it, but also gives a lot of tips on UV resin curing, safety reminders, and more. The resin was nice and clear as I would expect.The less good: This is a very high viscosity resin. It is thick. As thick, as JDiction's "high viscosity uv resin." It didn't really "settle" after application and once cured you could see how it didn't really settle smoothly -you could see the subtle lines created from it being spread. It feels tacky when spreading. However, this may not be an issue for someone who is using it to fill molds.I can't see that this product is any more glossy than the regular resin, but I've never had an issue with JDiction's standard resin looking dull. In the booklet that comes with the resin it says that this resin takes a little longer to cure than their other resins. I did not find this to be the case. I actually found the opposite. It cured very quickly.

The bottle is dark to prevent curing from the sun. It comes with some gloves.Installation/setup: Use in molds to make resin art and the like. This must be set with a uv light or set in the sun to harden.Final thoughts: I used this in a keycap mold to make a unique item as a gift for my son in law. He really enjoyed the idea of a hand made gift. I think it turned out well. I used a mold set I got from Amazon and I watched some videos so I knew the ins and outs of it. I managed to make a reasonable facsimile of Cthulhu, or at least what I think it would look like and covered it with the clear. It hardened well and I was careful to line up the mold pieces correctly so it fits perfectly and stays on well. I like this and I’m glad I got it.⭐️1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality.⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults, or a very high price.⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable, It has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.

My resin projects aren't perfect looking but this worked out very well for a beginner like me! The directions state to mix the resin into a cup but instead i just poured it over my phone case without mixing. Of course bubbles formed but I'm ok with that. I like the pointy cap tip because it makes it very easy to squeeze out the resin and it's very clean. The box also includes two disposable gloves, thanks! I used a regular n95 mask and as described it had an initial odor hit then dissipated after a few minutes. I let my project cure under a UV lamp and it cured in a few minutes. It doesn't look yellow at all but only time will tell.
