Ever had a tempered glass crack within an hour after putting it on? Or have so many bubbles that you have no choice but to take it off and out another one on? I haven’t! And you know why? Cause I’ve been buying Zagg products for my iPhone screens now since the iPhone 6s! I’ve never had to deal with the crap that most people keep complaining about. Yes of course I have had to replace them, but only after a lot of wear and tear. But I never have had to pay the initial price that you pay for the first one. The warranty helps so much! I pay 15 bucks for a new one, or around there including shipping! This has saved my butt many times! I don’t think I would ever go with another brand because I do trust them. The glass cracks or breaks but the screen doesn’t, so it does its job! No I don’t work for them either but just how much I love this company! I think you would too if you try them!!

Very pleased with this Zagg protector. Went on very easy. (A little tense since you don’t get a backup, so make sure you get all the dust off!) Clear, great colors, text still sharp, adds a little more glare. Touch and face ID still fine. I would only buy this if on sale, as the price is pretty astronomical compared to others which are also pretty good.

I revised my rating from 2 stars to 1 star because after this screen protector cracked in several places, from a pants pocket drop, on a flat blacktop surface, with my iPhone Pro Max in a quality Otter case, I attempted to obtain a warrantee replacement. After much difficulty and delay getting into my previously established Zagg account, Zagg tried to offer me one of two lower cost models (without any credit for the difference in prices), stating the more expensive product I had purchased was out of stock. No customer service was available on the weekends so when I finally reached them by phone three days later, I was told they expected new stock within a week and I could register to be contacted when they have product to fulfill warrantee orders. I registered, two weeks went by and I attempted to reach Zagg with a follow up call unsuccessfully. A third week went by and I still had not received any notification, so I logged into my account again to discover they now had stock. I ordered a replacement for their $10 fee and it took them a couple of more days before processing my order. and shipped it by very slow US mail. It took another five days before I received it so all and all, it took me about a month before I was able to replace my broken screen protector. I believe at this point that the very durable Apple Sapphire glass screen is much stronger than these flimsy, recycled glass protectors, from Apple's drop test reports, my phone would have almost certainly easily survived the drop from my pants' pocket without it and that this product is very low quality, serving as only a continuous revenue stream for Zagg. I will in the future, no longer be buying any Zagg products as a result of this experience and the three replacement shields I had to purchase, over the life of my iPhone 10 previously. Original review (with typos corrected) is below:I gave it two stars for the ease of flawless installation however it cracked in several places after the first time my phone, in an Otter case, fell out of my pocket onto blacktop.I think the iPhone Pro Max's strong Sapphire screen would have likely survived the 3 ft. fall without it. I am unhappy with Zagg protectors as they all crack pretty easily and this new, improved model seems even more fragile than the previous versions, I bought for my iPhone 10.

I have been using zagg for years on my iPhones and iPads in the past. And if you break the sceeen it is replaced for 10 bucks shipping and handling. Or if you are near a Zagg store it’s 10 for installation. Best quality in the business. If you love your iPhone protect it!

Zagg makes a great product. I have purchased this product several times over the years. It has always kept my screen from cracking

I had used Zagg for years. But the last two screen protectors I have used cracked/chipped within weeks of use, and no drops occurred. This last one was the final straw. Lifetime warranty or not, it’s irritating to have to pay $8 every 1-2 months for a new protector. I will say they are easy to install and I rarely have issues with excessive air bubbles which is why I still gave it two stars. But it’s rather obvious that they have resorted to cheaper materials or a cheaper manufacturer as quality isn’t the same as it used to be.

The entire edge around the edges of the Otterbox screen protecter does not stick. This is due to the iPhone having a slightly curved edge on the screen. The system to line up the screen is also terrible with a rubber band type system. I had to manually line up the protector edges.Solution: Buy Zagg. No borders around the edges and the system to place screen on the phone is super system and perfect. Phone places into bracket which lines up with holes on the screen applicator holder. Start placing one end down and slowly apply pressure upwards or downward. 5 minute no worry set up.

This was not what they advertised it to be.Listing says protector for 15 pro max, received the box and that’s what it appeared to say until we noticed that it had a sticker over the actual product label. Item is significantly too small for a pro max, would fit the regular pro just fine. See pictures.
