Great for recovery work
I have a shoulder injury and this is of use to aid my recovery.Find somewhere secure to tie the band.Trust this as if it comes off it kicks like a donkey.Good strong product

Great value for the money
I love this product. I bought this product together with the 3D active exercise resistance loop bands and I've been using them while doing pilates. This product is made of great quality, definitely a great value for the money. It does it's job perfectly and it is very durable and sturdy.
