Good quality item
I bought this item for my son who has special needs, as I needed some nightwear that he wouldn’t be able to remove. I’m sure this garment wasn’t designed with this use in mind if the wording of ‘Intimate Lover!’ on the Label is anything to go by. It does the job as long as it’s on back to front and is a cheaper option than the garments that are actually made for special needs individuals. I ordered a large and did expect it to be a little bigger but I presume they are meant to be a snug fit.

the size is completely different from the one on the description

Size is a joke
Size says up to 46" , i am 38 so should have been an easy fit even if they do run a bit small, this is insane,. so i ordered the large one, and hey, its still far far to small, such a shame as the garment looks and feels of good quality

Nice and comfy,keeps its shape even after washing; just bit on smaller site(size M), but generally very happy with purchase.
