Q: Are the decals reassembled or come separately to be placed? I prefer to leave the suds and chicken off the doors if possible.

Thier are no decals to be placed, all you have to do is put it together. Make aure you get insurance for it. Some pre-drilled holes are bigger and the screws don't hold up.

I haven’t .. it doesn’t look like it has to be..

Q: Is this item easy to use?

Definitely go step by step and organize the pieces so they are easy to find. Best if you have a drill, it usually take about 2 hours to build.
