Q: How much noise does it make or is it silent?

Hi All customer It is almost silent,only with some soft spinning gear sound, will be a not a noise clock for your home.

Q: My clock dropped from wall by accident,hands seems to be loose situation,can I know how to re- assemble the clock hands?

Hand Loose Re-installation Instruction. Just make sure the hands point to 12 position.

Q: There was no hanging hardware or hanging instructions included. Are any instructions available?

Hi There is included welding key shape hook on back of clock (12 area), you can choose any hanging hardware to hang the clock on wall well.

Q: Put in fresh batteries. Noticed the upper right gear and the gear directly below it is not turning consistently like the others. Is this a defect?

I did not purchase this model but it's possible that it is defective. My first clock from this manufacturer was defective. The gears stopped moving and when I checked the battery's they were hot to the touch and partially melted. The second clock I ordered was damaged in transit. Then I gave up.
