I have been using this product since I did a 2 week cleanse 2.5 years ago. At that time I used 2/day as meal replacements with the cleanse powder added. Now I have one most days for breakfast or lunch. A great way to start the day, with 20 grams protein, 19 grams fiber, and the digestion plus adds probiotics as well as digestive enzymes as well as the fiber. I make mine with oat or flax milk so get extra protein and usually add 1/2 cup of blueberries, my fav superfood. For extra calories and protein for an active day I add peanut butter or almond butter and a Tablespoon of flax seeds. My vita mixer grinds them up like they are nothing. Add the digestion plus after everything else is puréed as a vita mixer will purée the fiber enough to break it down to nothing. I add it last and give it a few seconds on speed 1 or 2 just to mix it in. For that Reese’s PB cup taste use the chocolate! For more fruit flavor I use the vanilla. Add cinnamon, ginger, turmeric if you like. The last 2 are for reducing inflammation. Yummy!

easily digestible (doesn't make you gassy or bloated or overly full), don't necessarily need a blender to enjoy (can use a shaker if mixing w water or milk/milk alternative, smooth consistency), and love the fact that the chocolate tastes like chocolate and isn't overly sweet/and no odd after taste from a sweetener.

Been using this product for years. Like it very much, but it is EXPENSIVE. And now it's even more expensive, due to new, shrinking packaging. I ordered the standard 35 oz. package, but received a redesigned package with a stated weight of only 31.6 oz. This change was not indicated in the product description or in the cost-per-ounce breakdown.

The media could not be loaded.  This is the highest quality protein powder on the market. I mix the chocolate flavor in a blender with ice, rice milk and a banana. I mix the vanilla flavor with organic frozen strawberries instead of a banana. The chocolate flavor is much better than the vanilla. This will not work with a blender bottle. I recommend using this with the 28 Days To Health diet.Avoid the seller Holistic 4 All. Wonder why? See my video.

This is the only protein powder that didnt give me a trouble with digestion. Lactose free and soyfree and glutenfree. Love the taste and I definitely feel the difference. I easily lose weight and I was able to maintain my weight. I’m just so glad that I can finally take protein powder. My stomach always felt bloated and my gasto/digestive system simply refused to process other brands. Thanks to Nutragen! 😊 and to my chiropractor who introduced it to me.
