Very pleased with this wider saddle with large middle area removed for secure comfort! Especially needed this specialty saddle after AUS surgery. Have ridden 30+ times for 60-90 minutes per ride. Highly recommend for sit-bone support and perineal comfort.

I’ve tried a few different bike seats for my new exercise bike, but they all killed my private parts. This is the first seat that I’ve tried that didn’t cause me pain. This company clearly knows what they are doing. I will buy again. Thanks for designing a great seat!

interesting design and somewhat comfortable but right where the sit bones are for me I found it harder than the cheap saddles I currently have. This is for the surf model. I think if they had made the sit bone, widest part, a bit flatter a surface area it would have been great.

I have used this saddle a few times and it is very comfortable. My longest ride on it so fatr is 56 miles and I had no problems.

The Adamo Island Ocean is another WINNER from ISM Saddles! As a long-time user of ISM products I decided a few years ago to buy/try one of their new design innovations with the Adamo Island Reef saddle. That saddle was uniquely different than my other ISM road saddles and I thought it would be fun to try a different design. Turned out to be a great decision as it still delivered the same high level of comfort and performed very well during both workout and casual rides. The newer Ocean is very similar and you actually forget you’re sitting on a bike because you don’t have discomfort or numbness. When we bought our new bikes we immediately replaced the existing “seats” with ISM saddles….just wouldn’t have it any other way. We have a number of ISM products (including this Ocean we just bought) and highly recommend them.

Once a triathlete, now a runner. My days consist of cross training and riding my mountain bike. Hated the seat that came with my bike and wanted a change. I heard about Adamo and claims of removing the pressure from the crotch. Ordered the Surf and I am really liking it. Feels good in both my bike shorts and my running shorts. Crotch is relieved I made the switch. Definitely happy I ordered.

I am not the typical person who would buy this bike saddle. I have been an amateur bicycle racer, training at a very high-level for most of my life. And I am just coming onto my 62nd birthday. So it’s been about 40 years of training as an athlete and riding many, many races , not at fairly high amateur levels. I developed a problem in the nether regions in March 2024. This surprise me because I am lean fit and generally not susceptible to such problems. Whatever the case I was off the bike until about a month ago. I tried an ISM saddle and it wasn’t bad but it still made me hurt. I could only stay on the bike for 30 minutes max. Better than not riding so I thought this would have to do. But I saw the surf saddle and reviews- So then I thought, what the heck I’m going to try this surf saddle. I could always return it to Amazon after my first ride if I didn’t like it so it was worth trying. Plus they’re pretty cheap compared to the carbon $600+ saddles I own. I must say that this saddle does the trick. It fits your butt with a shape similar (obviously not the same) as a performance saddle. I lowered the post about 1/4 inch and survived an hour on the bike (longest ride yet since March) with tolerance. I anticipate being able to ride this saddle until the end of September when I have a medical specialist hopefully fixing me up. Meantime this saddle has literally saved me mentally after months of mental stress from being off the bike for so long. I’m actually ordering a second saddle to go on another bike at my cottage which I put the less effective ISM saddle onI highly recommend this saddle to experienced riders used to a performance position on a bike who need some TLC in the nether regions if dealing with issues stopping you from riding. It’s worth a try, anyway.
