I was very unhappy with this item when I purchased. It did not work, as you can see from my original review below. I originally rated it a one star, but the company contacted me and offered me a full refund. I said it was not necessary, as I had tossed the item in the trash and purchased a different one, but they gave me my refund anyway. I will say I was impressed with a company that stands by it product enough to give a refund nine months later. I guess I got a bad one and they wanted to make things right. I probably should have contacted them from the beginning. Lesson learned.At first, I thought the ink was dried out. After buying some red ink and trying to reink it, I realized that some of words were clearly evident.
