After many tries of other charcoal pee pads these are the absolute winner. I was so excited to see XXL size in the charcoal. I’ve been using the large sized charcoal pads by Bulldogology, but had to put 2 down for my little 6 pound Yorkie who gets to roam freely while I am at work. These pee pads are super absorbent and the charcoal actually helps neutralize the smell of urine. Yes, they seem thin but there is some kind of magic happening in the pads as I have never had an issue with leaking, ever. For the quality of these pee pads I don’t think the price is expensive when I only need to use one a day for my Annabelle. Other pads I have tried in the past that were the same thickness had to be replaced every time Annabelle used one because of the smell. These totally knock that smell out. I highly recommend these pee pads. Bulldogology has a customer for life. 🐶

I finally found a “puppy pad” that I truly like!It’s big enough to cover a larger area, it absorbs and doesn’t leak like several other pads I’ve tried. Also I like that you can tape it so it doesn’t slip, so my sweet baby boy doesn’t move it around. Less pads make it easier to clean up too! I can’t smell so I’m not sure I am the one to comment on that. :)One negative comment but it’s just a little one…the tape is hard to get off. The pads cone up but the sticky tape doesn’t always. No biggie though. Just beware where you stick it.I will be buying this product for years to come.

I use this around the cat litter boxes, taped to the wall behind and under their litter boxes. I have an old cat that sometimes misses the litter box and these have great to catch his mistakes. I keep them onhand to keep cleaning much easier.

These are big enough that they don’t leak and give the pup more space to aim. However, there are drawbacks. (1) Our 9 month old rescue puppy was trained on standard potty pads—the ones with the blue trim. These are white. The dog was confused. I had to put one of the blue pads in the middle of the big white one so he would learn where to go. They should have colored trim. (2) Reviewers are not exaggerating when they say the sticky tabs won’t come off of the floor. They won’t. However, I needed the tabs because the ceiling fan makes the pad blow around if I don’t stick it to the floor. So, I had plastic and adhesive stuck to the tile and it’s almost impossible to remove. I had to use a putty knife and goop off spray and it was still not easy. A wood floor would be destroyed. BUT, I found a solution to these problems:The solution I have finally found is a large gray flexible plastic tray that the pad fits on and sticks to. It delineates the white pad/potty space for the dog and won’t ruin flooring. I got these for my 4 month old Cavapoo puppy and some might say the size is a bit overkill for such a small pup (she's only 6 pounds), but when you have a poor pup who's prone to UTIs and just can't hold it at all, I say the more floor space that's covered, the better! Love the four adhesive patches on the back, as unlike most other puppy pads, it holds the puppy pad in place instead of sliding all over the floor and not catching what it's supposed to! Excellent quality and is very absorbent, so your pup isn't standing in a puddle! 5 out of 5 in my book ! Absolutely would recommend!!!

Thick absorbent my first choice

We love the look of the charcoal pee pads and the XXL size is great. While we previously had some absorbency issues with the regular charcoal pads when using indoors, we've had zero issues with any of the Bulldogology pee pads when using in our current outdoor setup. The XXL size is a game changer for our needs and we're very pleased with this product. Highly recommend!

These are great. I’ve been using Bulldogology carbon pads for a few years. Less odor and no yellow spots. They absorb great and no leaks. No fluffy insides either like some of the other pads that the puppies would tear to shreds. They lay flat and the pups don’t tear them up. The XXL is a great size for 2 small dogs.
