The pans are a good weight and clean-up is easy. I did use them with a parchment liner to keep sugar from burning when baking refrigerator biscuit cinnamon rolls.

My only other cake pans were The Pampered Chef and were probably older than me. It was time to replace them. These are great pans. The nonstick coating rivals high-end brands and they have some weight to them. I made a 3-layer cake the same day they arrived and I am quite pleased. Would purchase again several times over. Cakes came right out with a light spray of oil, although I’m not sure it was necessary.

Good value... Works well and seem to be holding up after many uses... Cleans up easily too..

Just used these for the NYT Carrot Cake recipe and I was impressed with how sturdy they are-- and a breeze to clean. I think they will last a lifetime. Great value for money.

These cake pans are nice weight and resulted in perfectly baked cakes. i use round parchment paper liners and with a quick run around the edges with a knife, the cakes release from the pans easily. I did not need to reduce my oven temperature because of the darker color of the pans, but would recommend watching since all ovens are different.
