The jacket was poor quality so I sent it back expecting full refund as per returns policy. They took over the expected time to refund me and then refunded me the wrong amount. Amazon tried to contact them for a response but no response. Poor product, poor customer service. Not acceptable. Do not buy from this seller.

I like the jacket, its cute. But the ruched sleeves didn't please me, fortunately I was able to tug at the lining and the ruches came away.I might buy another one, in a different colour, the size was great, it was comfortable and just the right style despite the sleeves.
