Sterling Silver Celtic Guardian Angel Necklace - Gift Boxed

I received my angel necklace today and I love it every bit as much as I thought I would. The chain is delicate but not TOO delicate. It has a lovely twinkle as it moves and it has a really good lobster claw clasp, which is less fiddly to operate than some of the jump-ring clasps tend to be. It also has an extender which gives some flexibility regarding the length of the chain.The angel itself is BEAUTIFUL and unusual in its design - the first of its kind I have seen. I look forward to wearing it and I am sure it will be well admired.One criticism - the bail and the halo area of the angel were dull and tarnished when I received the necklace. I gave it a clean in my Silver Cleaner fluid and that solved the problem. I realise that silver does tarnish over time and it may have been sitting in a stockroom for some considerable time before being purchased and delivered. Nevertheless, it is disappointing to have to clean a new piece of jewellery before it is ready to be worn! For this reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5... That said, I do love this necklace and would definitely recommend it!

I bought this necklace as a present for my niece, when it arrived I liked it even more than on the pictures. It's the right size and very stylish. Very pleased witht he purchase.
