How often should you run the filter? If everyday does it have a schedule function?

I Tun mine continuously it doesn’t have a filter function to turn on/off unless you turn the spa off which defeats the purpose of having it hot and ready for use

I drained the water a bit and then plugged the tub back on, and when i put my band in the water, it shocked me. What is the problem?

Yes it will do that. You must not only turn it off but unplug it. It is not grounded the hot tub itself with ground wire. You have to plug it back in and use the “test” feature on the plug then turn it on. There is your “grounded” protection.

The heater itself is burning hut the water is not being heated. I connected everything right, anybody know whats going on? Or what am i missing

If it’s your first time using it, it’s takes about 24 hours to warm up. You have to just let it sit.

how do I drain the water?

There is a plug at the bottom, pull it up and then unscrew the cap off the outside drain
