I really wanted this product to be all that I expected it to be, but I was disappointed. I've now used this a handful of times and my reactions remain the same. It does as it states - catches your beard hair during trimming and shaving. However, I ran into some issues. For one, the hair does not slide off the apron as seamless as it should. I constantly find that even after shaking it over a trash can, I find hairs on the floor of my bathroom that stuck to the apron (or even that some hairs still remain on the apron). Another fault is that the hooks are inconsistent with their ability to stick. Some uses, they stick no problem and stay up the whole time. Some other uses, they don't stick long or fall during mid-trim leaving my sink close to as messy as if I never used this product. I wet the suction cups on the hook but even still, they're not 100% effective. Lastly, I find the way it wraps around the neck to be clever but not durable. I have a bigger-than-average neck, and it slightly loosens during each of my trimming experiences, leaving small room for hairs to fall onto the floor/sink rather than in the apron. Overall, for $10 it's worth the shot. I will continue to use this product for a while to see if maybe it's just me that's faulty, but seeing that these issues are consistent already I'm not expecting much change.

It's okay. I was looking for something to replace what I currently do when I trim my beard (sitting on the edge of the tub with a handheld mirror and then sweeping up with a small broom). However, this doesn't really save much time.First off - the product: It's just a cheap apron with some suction cups that are going to break in the next 6 months. It's actually a little awkward to use, balancing getting your arms around the thing to shave while trying to keep it open enough to catch the trimmings. Then you have to carefully empty the thing into your standard bathroom garbage, which always requires a little sweeping for all the bits that missed. And then you have to deal with all the beard trimmings that don't just fall off the apron (about 30%)...Overall, not a great product. Not very convenient. Won't last very long.

good idea in theory, but it just creates another problem. It still makes a mess when you have all of your shavings on the cape and have to carefully dispose of it afterward without spilling any on the floor. Then the trimmings also get stuck to the cape so the only proper way to get them off is by washing the cape every time you use it. It was more of a hassle than just wiping down my sink afterward so I stopped using this after 2 times.

Great idea but fairly meager execution. The suction hooks I received were of very low quality and I spent more time trying to reattach them to my mirror than I actually did shaving. Other than that, I do like the material the apron was made of, and disposing of the hair was smooth.

I actually bought this for my husband for when he shaves his head! And of course to trim his beard, too. But mostly his head. I’m tired of all of his hair ending up in the sink, around the sink and on the floor. The Superbeard catches it all. It’s great!

I love this thing. It’s super simple. 2 suction cups for attaching to the mirror and the beard bib that attaches around your neck and to the hooks on the suction cups. Shave, unhook from the suction cups, dump hair. No more mess on the counter or in the sink.

Bought this due to the fact I was sick of cleaning up behind my boyfriend after he shaved! He loves it, I love it! Win win! Comes clean very easily with a couple shakes into the trash and it comes with its own carrying case as well! Great purchase!

Good concept but not long enough to attach suction cups to mirror above sink. Husband considers it a gag gift
