Ebly Durum Wheat 500 g (Pack of 7)

Am so pleased to have found this here. Have been happily munching Ebly for years but found it hard to find here in England so finding this in a multi pack is very welcome.If you haven't tried it ,it is delicious and so much tastier and easier to cook than rice.It's ready in about 10 mins when cooked in salted water [8 if you like it a bit more al dente and 12 if your preference is for a softer texture].Rinse and serve....I add a knob of butter when I'm not counting calories but basically just have it as it is.I usually have it hot but it's also great cold in sort of cous cous type salads and always use it instead of rice for curries and chillies.Far less starchy than rice.Has a sort of nutty flavour [ bit like giant pearl barley] so it also makes a tasty addition to soup, stews and casseroles.Packaged well with super speedy delivery.10/10

I love this product. Probably the most convenient thing to have in the cupboard. Just boil 10 minutes, drain, and you're ready to go. Use them the same way you'd use pasta or rice, or let them cool down and mix them with a salad for an extra filling healthy meal. Brilliant.

I LOVE Ebly, it’s so versatile, quick and easy to use. I usually make it with vegetables, stock and cheese on top. It’s healthy and can also be frozen once cooked if you’re doing meal prep. Great product, wouldn’t want my cupboard to be without it.

Impossible to find in UK supermarkets. Discovered this from a French flat mate years ago and until now I had struggled to buy more. Cooks quickly, keeps texture, is versatile and a great alternative to rice, potatoes and pasta.

Had this in France and have struggled to buy anywhere in UK since they discontinued. My christmas treat to myself was a pack of several boxes of ebly. Go me. Cooks in no time and yummy with tuna and sweetcorn.

I cannot buy these any more in Sainsbury’s Waitrose,so was so pleased I saw them here Ebli is so delicious and a healthy grain use it instead rice
