Best bargain, good product!
Great value! Tasteless & easy to swallow. Dosage for every other Golden Seal supplement I’ve researched, is from 500mg per dose, to 1000mg per adult dose. But, these are 2000 per (2 capsule) dose. So, we chose to take 1 capsule for a 1000mg dose. Please research, before regulating your own dosage; Golden Seal, (though it is natural) must be used advisedly.~
