I've been using this for about 2 months and things are going fine. No bad reactions. The texture is unique - it's not greasy or creamy, it's thin enough that you could pour it out of the jar, and it's kind of... stringy? Other review pictures show this. It spreads well and smells good.It seems to absorb and moisturize well. It's very dry where I live so at night I put something heavier over it, just in case, but that will be unnecessary in the spring and summer.I haven't noticed and particular improvement in skin texture, but I'm also 44 so it kind of is what it is at this point.

Ok, I have to admit I was pretty grossed out about the concept of putting snail snot on my face. But, short on unicorn tears for my aging skin, I decided to give it a go. Upon arrival, I was still wary, and hid my purchase from my husband so he wouldn't know what a weirdo I've become. Sneaking into the bathroom to try it out, I carefully scooped some out on a finger and dabbed it onto my cheek. Immediately as I pulled away, and slimy stringer landed right on my LIP!! Like in my mouth!!! Utter face palm moment! (I can also report that there is no taste!)Ok, true facts, this stuff is amazing! My skin felt softer immediately, and my pores are less noticeable. Even when I'm not wearing it, my skin is incredibly soft!! I've been using it nightly, more or less for about 10 days. I can't believe how great my face feels. There is no scent, no taste lol, and no peeling or anything weird. My bestie has already received a jar of it from me. I've never used a product with better results. Must try!

My usual product that I had been using for years began to dry me out and cause redness (IMHO it might be the niacinamide), and for complex skin with hormonal tone issues, I needed a fix. So I figured if Skin79’s snail BB cream has done me good, let’s check out mucin. Despite the lotion’s glossy finish, it’s not greasy or oily. It feels like a syrup, but it’s fast absorbing. My skin has felt more supple and the redness has receded, and my pores (the source of sebum problem) don’t appear to be clogged, nor is the mucin heavy on them. The price is pretty good considering the gouging that’s happening at the chain drugstores, so that’s also plus.

Not greasy, and seems to reduce pore appearance

I started using a retinol cream on my face and I have sensitive skin. The retinol cream really dried my skin out and made it red in some areas. None of my serums or moisturizers were helping. I had flaky skin all over. I found this product and started using it the day it arrived. I washed my face and applied to damp face. I don't know how it did it, but it completely moisturized and repaired all the visible damage after one use. And somehow it has absolutely no scent, which is nice! I now use this twice a day. I allow it to completely absorb into my skin and in the morning follow up with spf if I'm leaving the house and at night I follow up with the retinol cream. My skin is looking amazing!!! I will definitely be reordering!!

The media could not be loaded.  I just started getting into Korean skincare and have read a lot about snail mucin and all the benefits. So happy I gave this a try and will keep this in my routine from now on! Easy to apply and not greasy or oily. It dries quickly and also has a very pleasant light fragrance that does not linger if you are sensitive to scents. The consistency is more like a serum rather than a cream. This can be used both in the morning and at night. Also you should apply it before any other serums and right after your toner, apparently snail mucin should be applied to damp skin. You should also gently pat the serum in not rub it in (this is what I’ve seen a few Korean vloggers do)

This product feels very smooth and absorbs quickly, leaving no sticky residue. One thing that I do want to point out about this product since I don't see it mentioned anywhere: it's made in P.R.C. (China) and only designed and formulated in Korea. I'm going to try it out and see if I notice any difference in my dry skin, but so far no complaints. It doesn't have a strong fragrance which is also nice.

I never liked any moisturizer as much as i like this one.
