I can't fault the company for delivery. In fact the only fault I can find with the Steak and Veggie seasoning is application and measures. However; I've found a little experimenting and using a light touch will reward me with the flavors I'm looking for. No fault with the product whatsoever. But it seems that after cooking for over 60 years I can't every remember using the same spices and seasoning to enhance the flavor of both meat and vegetables.This is my first 4 star rating. I don't usually rate unless it's a 5 star or above. That's a waste of my time. I say BUY this product, try it, if you don't like it don't buy it again. Fair enough?

Sugar sugar sugar!! And we hide it. That should be the label.
Shame on this company. Nutrition facts says 0 sugar but second ingredient is sugar. Impossible. It is advisable to change your label befor a class action lawsuit happens.

The steak and veggie seasoning rub is fantastic. No other seasoning mix like it
The steak and veggie seasoning rub is fantastic. No other seasoning mix like it. I use it on new york strip and ribeye steaks that are thick cuts. Take the steaks from the freezer and let them thaw just enough to slightly soften the surface. Maybe 10 minutes. Rub this seasoning into the meat on all sides. Grill on a seriously hot grill(600 degrees F) without thawing the steaks. Takes about 5 minutes on each side to sear in the juices. Lower the grill heat to around 500-550 and then cook about another 5 minutes per side. Use a meat thermometer to check for internal temperature. i remove them when this temperature reaches 120 degrees. Remove from the grill and let them sit for about 5-10 minutes. Perfect!!

Yet another great rub
I have been using several Miners Mix rubs (XXX Garlic, Maynard's Memphis, Poultry Perfection) for a couple of years now, and love them. I found the Steak and Veggie rub and thought I would give it a try. I am really glad I did! In a word, it's Awesome on both steak and grilled veggies. Really enhanced the flavor of both. So I ordered some more. The bottom line is that every Miners Mix rub I have tried has been outstanding. Great company!

Fantastic rubs and seasonings
I have almost all of the Miners mix seasonings my favorite xxx garlic, prime rib, and salmon marinade so I was excited about trying steak and veggie rub. I was not disappointed I grilled portobello mushrooms ofcourse and chicken halves on my pit barrel smoker. This seasoning/rub is very versatile you can put on anything. To my taste description is a savory, pepper, and brown sugar type sweetness. I'm very satisfied with my purchases I strongly recommend.

Sprinkle meat liberally the night before if possible then grill outdoors or indoors. If time is short, rub meat lightly with olive oil then apply seasoning and cook either indoors or outdoors.\n\n
