Echo Pop | Glacier White with Amazon Basics Smart Color Bulb

Gotta love these things. Thank you Amazon. Thank you technology. Have yourself a great sounding speaker wherever you have an electrical outlet. For less than you can take a friend out to coffee for. I love playing music very quietly in the background throughout my house. These made that happen. Neighbors are no longer annoyed at my loud music. I'm no longer annoyed at having to either play music loudly or not at all while I clean and do things around the whole house. Some spaces are good for the dots or the regular Echos. But pops go great in certain places, namely for me at the seating areas next to the windows. And as gifts to anyone I actually care about, lol. They're great. If you want anything nicer you probably aren't actually looking for what these can do. They do clip with much volume. They are tiny. But, as a musician with more expensive speakers than I care to admit... these serve a definite purpose. Right now my expensive speakers are mostly in closets or unplugged and about 15 of these little guys are pumping at volume 2 while I type lol.

Once I adjusted the treble and bass to my liking the sound is perfect. What a great feature. As I bought 2, my issue was getting it to recognize different Bedrooms, but it was down to operator error, not the product.I also got the Light bulb which gives me the ability to turn it on and off from my phone, and the choices of colors are a big plus.

I now have a pop in 2 rooms and lights also. The pops work well. They are a radio, intercom, company for the cats when we are away, and anything else I can think of using them for. The lights are mood lights, reading lights, lights to cycle when we are away, and anything else I can think of. I love these products. I recommend for you to buy some and try them. I love mine.

I realize this is a small speaker, but I feel like it could be louder, since it’s sometimes used to play music. I swapped this one with the fully round version I had in my bedroom, which is now in the kitchen (I like to play music while I cook.). It’s a small kitchen, but at full volume, the sound on this one barely filled the space. It’s still a great product, like the other versions, so I’m satisfied.
