I’ve tried many Ashwagandha supplements, and this one is the most effective, noticeable and long lasting. Been taking for nearly a year now. Great for minimizing anxiety and stress.

Does what it says it does. Noticeable effects on perceived stress and potentially helpful in keeping my testosterone high while keeping cortisol low!

They switched this from a 60-capsule bottle to a 30 capsule bottle and increased the price. The photo in the listing shows a 60 capsule bottle but the title says 30 capsules. I was subscribed to the 60 capsule bottle and it just switched. Be aware of what you’re getting. Deceptive advertising.

Works great and easy to swallow. You can't beat the price, especially when paired with Amazon's Subscribe and Save feature.

Trying this extended release product for stress relief. It's hard to tell if it works for anxiety but I'll see in a few days if it actually helps. At least I don't feel any side effects except for transient dizziness.

It took a while before I started to notice the effects but once I had been taking it a while I could really tell a noticeable difference.
