Zipper came right off the first time I used it. Also definitely had been worn as one leg was inside out. In fact it looked as though someone till it off quickly and crammed it into the box

fits in some areas and tight in others
I brought the medium size and the product does not fit as expected as its a little small in areas. the material does feel soft and keeps one some what warm, as i can feel a small amount of cold air going through it whilst wearing it. The penguin design does look nice and somewhat wear able, however, i think the price is a little bit too much for what i received.
