Quality winch cover, beyond pleased
Modern goods typically do not scream quality. I was not expecting much as it's just a winch cover right? Just a piece of fabric to shield my equipment from the elements. To my surprise, when opening the package, I was taken aback by the outside texture of the cover and the quality feel it had to it. When inspecting the inside, I found as others had stated, a sort of wet suit material to ensure that water was unable to enter, and I'm hoping will prevent condensation as well. I cannot comment as to a perfect fit as the way my winch is wired in, does not allow the cover to truly hug it, but after pulling the drawstring I was satisfied with its fit. I am usually very picky about my equipment, but this is hands down worth the 30 some odd bucks. Don't get careless with it, and it should last for a long time

Fits better than generic
Fits and stays on well but seam split over time. This is my second one,

Great Winch Cover Keeps Your Equipment Dry!
This is a good winch cover. I do not put it on most of the time; it's summer and I'm wheelin'. But I use it when I wash it to keep it dry. Then I take it off to keep it dry. I guess I'll put it on in the winter in the snow to keep it dry. There is a convenient draw string to tighten around the bottom, and it works plenty to keep the cover on at highway speed, but it only goes around 90% because my electric winch cables leading to my battery go in through the grill at the bottom of the winch in the rear...so I don't really grab there with the drawstring, so I'm meticulous about making sure that other 90% is tightened with the string at the bottom. It works. This is like your winch wearing a wetsuit, and that is why I don't want him wearing it when he's wet--my Dyneema synthetic winch cable is stronger than steel and less dangerous, but it will grow something on it other than rust if I let it sit wet under the wetsuit...some sort of mold, I'm thinking.

It’s okay. I guess
So the thing is made of neoprene which is nice.. I have a superwinch 4500 and it did in fact fit the winch... looks like is will last a decent amount of time...Dislikes - you can tell once you put it on that it’s made to fit many styles of winches.. I thought it would more form fit instead of a rectangle bag that fits over the winch... I also thought it would cover the winch guide and hook... no can do on that ghost rider... so if I’m riding in rain then all that water will just feed through the guide area... it also feels like it might blow off if I left it on driving down the road... other than that I guess it will work.

Fits Badlands 12,000!
I got this cover for my Harbor Frieght Badlands 12000lb Winch. Living in Michigan and having nasty salt everywhere in the winter I didn't want my new winch to rust up. I am happy to say this cover fits the Badlands winch great! I've gone through an automatic car wash roughly 4 times now since I've had this cover on and it still looks brand new. It's a very quality feeling neoprene material and keeps my winch dry and salt/grime free! Only complaint is the cinch cord to tighten the cover around the bottom. It feels pretty thin and has a cheaper plastic button style cable lock similar to those on a jacket. It has loosened up on me a few times. Now I just check ithe along with my spare tire cover before entering a car wash.

Good Price, good mud and rain protection, will fit snugly, kind of thin, wonder about UV longevity,& tearability in real offroad
Can't judge this after purchase--needs use in field to see if the neoprene and its coating hold up under UV sunlight; seems kind of thin--was expecting thickness near my medium weight neoprene fishing waders. Otherwise, looks good, and for my use will be fine--I have receiver hitch take-off mounts with Quick-Connects; front and rear. Will only be exposing this to UV when needed and for short periods of time, not months on permanently mounted machine. Sure prefer this over heavy duty nylon; might prefer old fashioned treated canvas with drawstrings if I could get it.. This will AT LEAST a) keep the mud from accumulating all over the winch and winch line; and b) add further waterproof protection to the control part of the housing that is "water resistant."

Keeps My Winch dry
Even though a winch is designed to take abuse from the weather there is no reason not to add some longevity and appearance to your winch with this cover. Keeps the winch dry and protected from the elements and I don't see any evidence of condensation building up under the cover when it is on the winch. I plan on leaving this off for the summer and it will really come in handy during the New England winter.I have this for use on a Superwinch Tigershark 9500. i will admit that since this cover is made for a variety of winches it seems to be a little big on my smaller winch but it isn't too much of an issue with the simple drawstring built into the cover to secure it tightly.I have had this on for a few weeks and can start to see some fading from the sun. I don't care personally but just figured I would mention it.

Better than quadratec covers
It's a nice little cover that fits side mounted remotes. Light material but good quality at half the price quadratec wanted.

Worked well, just be careful in sub-zero temps
Worked well for a very long time but the cover became very brittle when temperatures dropped below zero. Some holes broke open in the cover after that but it still works pretty well considering.

Pretty good!
It fits my TS11500SR just fine -- I can't offer any complaints about it. It works, 'nuff said.

Fits the LP8500 very nice. Stays on no problem
Fits the LP8500 very nice. Stays on no problem. They might be susceptible to fading, but so far mine looks good still. I would definitely buy again!

Works great for even bigger winches!
Used this to cover my Runva 11000lbs winch when its cover wore out. Great value for the inexpensive cost. Repelled water very well and protected my winch well. Never had any issues with it flying off at highway speeds. Will last for years to come!
