The Magic of the Unicorn (Choose Your Own Adventure)

My 7 year old is really enjoying this book and really feels part of the story!

My daughter says this is really good and fun to read....she also bought one as a gift for her friend. I always loved the 'chose your own' endings when I was younger so thought I'd get one for her and so glad she wasn't disappointed!

Given as a gift and well received

Reading this with our 6 year old, I tamed down a couple of the endings as they were a bit brutal. Most of the journeys are ace though and she gets really excited to make the next choice.

This is the first choose your own ending book read by 7yo daughter and she really enjoyed it although I did have to explain how it worked. I will buy others from the series since this one kept her entertained.

Lovely book, which I greatly enjoyed reading with our 8-year-old girl. Unlike the Montgomery books in this series, this one is actually very well written, and the story flows very well.

Too many long words that a child would find difficult to understand and some of the story lines I didn't think were appropriate. Meant for a present but didn't give it out in the end

This book was a perfect addition to my daughters choose your own adventure collection. She couldn't put it down

Kids love these. Fun to read with them. Lets kids feel like they are in control of the story and makes reading so much more fun. We love these books.

I used to read these choose your own adventure books when I was a kid and I loved them. My 9yr old daughter usually considers reading a book as being "homework" so to get her to read anything that isn't on a computer screen is hard! I found her favourite thing at the moment (unicorns) in a choose your own adventure book and got it for her. It was a hit! she enjoyed reading it so much she even took it camping with us to read at night. It got here in good time too so winning all round.

Good price and good product

Bought this because I remember reading it as a kid. Wanted to see what my adult self would think up it. It's a nice book, the art is good, came to my house in excellent condition. I won't be buying another book like this one only because I'm not much into kids books. The difference in perspective was interesting and I think it would be nice if there was an adult version of these books.
