I was concerned when I opened the package because they pillows were hard and heavy. But after drying them in the dryer (as they recommended) they fluffed up nicely and I am amazed how comfortable they are to sleep on!

I rarely write product reviews, but I really needed to share my feedback in this case. I have had these pillows for 2 months, and I cannot say enough about them; they are simply the best pillows ever. No neck pain, and I am totally comfortable no matter how I sleep (back, stomach, side). I'm very prone to headaches and I have had significantly fewer since using these pillows, and my sleep has been much more restful. They tend to slightly compress by morning, so at night when I go to bed I just flip it over and voila, like new again. But after 60 nights, they are still as perfect as Day 1. Highly, highly recommend.

Initial review: I’ve been searching for the perfect pillow. I’ve tried all different kinds from Walmart, Target, Costco, etc. After losing hope I decided to look online. At first this pillow felt a little bulky for me..my head felt like it was on an incline. However, my husband thought it was great and perfect for his neck and shoulders. He used to sleep with 2 pillows and now only needs this 1. I like the washable pillow cover that's soft and thick. Washes well, no shrinkage. The customer service was fantasticUpdate: The pillows get even better after a month of using them. They feel really comfortable. I wash the pillow covers every time I wash the sheets and they have held up woderfully. Good quality zipper. I finally found my favorite pillow!

It's not the soft and plush pillow I'd expected. But I don't get a neck ache sleeping on it. I don't have a pillow fetish and purchased this to replace a cotton pillow that has served me well but became flat and shall I say "yucky". I normally don't indulge in spending much on pillow so $53 for a pair is kinda excessive. If these holds up for at least five years then it's worth it.

These pillows were very smelly. Like the instructions stated, I let them air out for 24 hours and even put them in the dryer for 2 hours. They still smelled of chemicals. They did fluff up nicely though. Sadly, after a 5 hours of trying to sleep with them I gave up. They retained my body heat and I started to sweat. I have never used a pillow that made me sweat. Very dissatisfied with this product.

I had high hopes for the perfect pillow...this is not it. It is very dense and not "cushiony" at all. It feels like a thick rolled up blanket...does not have the same give and push back that my other memory foam pillows have. I tried to like these and slept on them for 4 nights in a row...my neck had aches all through the night with waking up several times and not getting good rest. I woke up feeling terrible. My first night back with my old memory foam pillow and I slept like a baby with no discomfort. These are being thrown out.

These pillows are so comfortable! I love that they are very firm until you snuggle in, and then they create the perfect space for you.

They seem comfortable and have a good balence of firm and soft. Issue with it is that it reeks of some kind of heavy chemical smell. I don’t think just washing the pillow cover will be enough, he pillow itself will some how have to be cleaned. Just a lot of work to deal with from the getgo for a product that supposed to bring me comfort after a long day of work. So that’s my buyer beware.

Plumped up nice after 6-10 minutes in dryer. I noticed a smell (slight off gas) from the pillow and awoke with headaches each day (am trying to air out in another room). Cover washes well. Comfy but didn’t find it pops up quick enough when switch positions in night- ended up flipping pillow over. Think it cradled neck well, just the smell an issue for me...hoping smell goes away so I can try again. Bought as Certi-Pur but discovered varying acceptable levels to qualify. Really hoping smell goes away, otherwise I’ll end up putting in spare bedroom or putting my pillow shams on them.

I haven't had a more comfortable sleep. The pillows are fantastic.
