This is a very good skipping rope, overall quality is very high, as an experienced skipper I highly recommend this rope. The metal rope is heavier then plastic, however the response and speed you can get from it is very nice. Keep in mind that it is thicker that metal speed ropes usually are, however any tricks and double unders are completely doable on this rope, it doesn't tangle, you just have to adjust to it's feeling. For me the handles do not slip, as other users reported, I haven't experienced it.

Cons:- it broke after less than 10 times use. (Wire got cut where it meets the handle)- handles get very slippery after continuous jumpingPros:- good for skipping- comes with 2 wires

its good for normal jumping but i wouldn’t recommend for training that much since it slips from the hand hence it’s pretty soft and has no grips
