Fill in the Blank Thank You Cards with Envelopes for Kids - Confetti Dot Flat Notes - Pack of 36

I admit it… when I was a kid, I NEVER wrote thank you notes. And the trend continued in my life throughout my young adult and then not so young adult years. My wife was appalled. Apparently, she has common decency and likes to thank people when they do something nice for you.So when we had two kids, fortunately, her kindness won over and we opted to teach our kids the important part of being a decent human being by saying thank you for their gifts.Not wanting to make it too difficult, we bought these simple thank you cards. It only takes our kids a few minutes to fill them out (depending on how many pictures they decide to add), and of course, the recipients are usually delighted to get an actual acknowledgement of the gift they gave and what our kids thought of it. These little cards are fun, cute, and super easy to fill out.This is teaching our boys the importance of being grateful and demonstrably expressing thanks to others. Hopefully this will stick with them all their lives and perhaps even transfer to their kids one day.

Since our daughter was born, it seems like I've been writing thank you notes non-stop and, as someone who overthinks writing thank yous and it becomes a stressor, these cards were a perfect solution to making it a quick and easy task. I fill in the blanks as if it's written directly from my daughter, but I also love that the back side is blank, so if I want to add a quick note from me, I can. As she's gotten older, I'll also throw the cards in front of her with markers and send them off with a little extra touch a la the toddler artist (always a hit with the grands).The quality of these cards is excellent (sturdy cardstock), the packaging is lovely, and everything came quickly and undamaged. I don't often write reviews, but I'm pretty thankful for these thank you cards, so here I am. :-)

When my son was younger, I used to make cards for him to send to others. Fast-forward a few decades to my granddaughter. She is 3-years old. I like the idea of her writing thank-you notes for the holiday and birthday gifts she gets from family and friends. The added benefit is that she is learning to write at her pre-school. Using the Confetti Dot cards gives her a functional way to practice her writing skills. Currently, she is copying what I write (kinda) and signing her name. She tends to put her own spin on the text, but that is OK. These are a winner imho

I really liked the cards. They were easy to write on with a pencil and pen. They do smear a little bit if you are not carefully. There is no adhesive on the envelope just a slit to tuck the point of the flap into. I ended up using wax seals.

This was a great product to teach kids the art of the thank you note. After a recent birthday, we had 26 notes to write and it would have been impossible to start from scratch. I didn't have to do anything except suggest some words and my 8 year old did the rest - what a relief. Based on prior reviews, we used tape to close the envelopes and skipped the sticky tabs, so it was easy and simple.I thought the design was playful and cheerful and encourage my child to take the initiative to write the notes.

These are amazing for younger kids to write thank you's for gifts. I wish I had these for the last few years. Took my son 10 minutes to write 10 cards! Awesome! I didn't use the adhesive bubbles but saved them for something else. There are little slits to place the envelopes together. We did't use the marker that came with it, a regular pen worked fine. The marker had Chinese writing on it so I figured it would't wash off easily so we skipped it.

These are very cute! They have made it much easier for my young kids to write thank you notes. My only complaint is that the envelopes do not have adhesive on the back, so I had to tape them in order to mail them out. If I had read the reviews, I would have known that, but I wish the description would have included something about it. Aside from the inconvenience have taping all of the envelopes before we mail them, I like these cards a lot.

These are great for my kindergartner who is learning to write on her own. She can fill these in on her own and I don’t have to write everything out for her to copy like we did before!
