I wanted to like this. It had a nice smell, it came with a mini cleaning brush and a silver cleaning cloth. I followed the directions. Unfortunately, this solution did not clean my sterling silver jewelry. I put my jewelry in the solution and let it soak for a minute. I took it out, rinsed and dried. It shined a little, but not enough. I let it soak again for another couple minutes. Still did not really get my jewelry clean. Then a few days later, I noticed that my jewelry was black. This was my Tiffany heart necklace and bracelet!! Yes, I bought it from Tiffany’s!! I decided to use another solution. That solution worked.

This kit worked exactly as described, cleaning an old, cherished sterling silver thick rope chain necklace! It’s looks new again. There is no over-powering smell from chemicals, either. It included instructions, a 2-sided polishing cloth and copper storage bags. I will definitely purchase this product again.

This is the first time I purchased this specific product for silver (I have used the other organic cleaner previously and loved it!) The silver seems to work great with my wedding ring and other silver peices, and also I’ve always loved the packaging making it easy to travel with. Great cleaner!!

Very happy with this purchase! Works great and so fast at cleaning the silver. I had a few silver necklaces and a ring that were very tarnished, I was thinking maybe they would never be wearable. One minute in this cleanser and they are back to new! No work for me either! I would recommend this to anyone

It turned my silver jewelry to a dull matt finish, and the polishing cloth is useless.. I was hoping the product would live up to the advertised hype... all in all very disappointed in this expensive product
