I was skeptical about this product but after the first day I slept wonderfully. I woke up feeling super rested. The patches turn black pulling toxins from your body. After the first week I had much more energy. I will buy again and recommend this products being worth the money!

Okay, I know some people do not believe these can work, I had read up on them before buying. Here is my take, THEY WORKED FOR ME !! I put them on twice in a row and yes, they turned black and that is expected with heat as they have " wood vinegar" in them which is basically burned bamboo aged. I have problems with fluid in my legs. After 2 nights my legs lost 1/2 inch of swelling and felt so much better. I think vinegar is a healing substance anyway and charcoal removes toxins. These are convenient and stayed put all night. I will be using them at least twice a week. Recommend you give them a try.

First of all, the product came to my door in the original bag with the packing label stuck to the back of the bag covering the instructions. It doesn’t seem to do what they said it would do. In my opinion, the sweat from your feet turns whatever they have in the little packet dark because it’s now moist. There was no difference from day one to day five. No residue on your foot just the package got moist from the sweat of your feet. Maybe I didn’t read any reviews, but I don’t see where it is worth anybody’s time. That’s my opinion.

It’s the same effectiveness as with cheap Chinese similar pads. Not worthy at all. I bought only out of curiosity to check if they’re better and differ from the cheaper ones. The ones I bought from Shein do absolutely the same job as these. What’s more, these pads are too sticky and it’s way harder to peel them off. The size of the pads is bigger too but for me it doesn’t make much sense. Maybe this size is more suitable for men’s feet (which are generally longer than female ones). Anyway, the product is good but way too expensive.I used these pads for detoxification, I didn’t think of pain relief at that time. I believe they help relieve pain as well but didn’t focus on it.

I bought this for my mom who recently passed. She had a bit of water retention and I got it for her and it really helped her. I suggested some for a lady I work for too. So I know it's a great help.

The next morning, wow! It's disgusting.
