Used to get a lot of scalp irritation with Minoxidil in an alcohol / ethylene glycol solution, which seems to be the industry standard.This is in an oil-based solution, I was worried it wouldn't work, but it is extremely effective at stimulating growth, and I get much less hairfall than with my old Minoxidil solution. So it definitely works for me.That said it is an oil, so if you have an oily scalp, you will need to wash your hair more often than usual. If you have a dry scalp, it's perfect.
