Not Large Enough to Fit Comfortable in Hand
I recently had right shoulder repair surgery and I have a much larger spinner on the left side of my steering wheel to assist me after surgery. Now I need left shoulder surgery so I wanted a spinner to put on the right side of my steering wheel. This one is small and not as comfortable in my right hand to give me the control of my steering wheel as a second alternative of using my right shoulder to get accustom of using my right side to manage my driving and turning. The red knob is so small in my hand and my hands are very small. The knob needs to be positioned higher up for better control and strength gripping as you can see in the pic how low it is to the steering wheel. It’s easy to put on steering wheel once you get the Allen wrench positioned to start tightening. Quality looks good and no instructions. I may try it out on my lawnmower steering wheel to see if it does better since the lawnmower steering wheel is made more flatter. The cost is reasonable for this size.

Will give it workout
Due to bad weather, I haven't mounted it in my pickup yet, did however do a quick test fit. Even ove my steering wheel cover, it will fit with no problem. The 'handle is a nice material that should allow good control. Overall worth the money, for those with medical problems, looking for some ease in steering.
